Privacy

We keep only what we need to send you a piece, and we never sell it.

What we collect. When you buy, your name, email, shipping address and order. When you write to us, your message. Payments go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it. To send your piece, to write to you about your order, and, in our own records, to learn how quickly our parcels travel and how we can do better.

Who helps us. Stripe (payments), Railway (our servers), Neon (our database), Cloudflare (security, and our photographs), Google (our email), Postmark (order emails) and Shippo (tracking your parcel). Each handles your details only to do that job.

In your browser. Your bag lives in your own browser and holds only which pieces you chose. Stripe uses its own cookies to keep payments safe. We don't use advertising trackers.

Logs. Our servers keep ordinary records, like IP addresses, to protect the site.

How long. We keep order records as long as tax law requires, then delete them.
