Terms of sale

These terms cover every purchase from midstonellc.com, whether turquoise, minerals or jewelry, sold by Midstone LLC in South Florida.

One of one. Every piece is the only one. It's yours once payment is complete. While you check out, it's held for you for 30 minutes.

How we describe. We measure, weigh and photograph every piece ourselves, and we say what we know: treatment and backing for stones, locality for minerals, metal and maker for jewelry. We name a mine, a locality or a maker only as far as we can stand behind it. Hand measurements can differ slightly, and so can weights from one scale to another. Colors vary from screen to screen.

Prices. In US dollars. Sales tax is added where it applies. If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping. Within the US only, by USPS. Ownership and risk pass to you when we hand the parcel to USPS. We insure orders over $100 and file any claim for you, as our returns policy explains.

All sales are final, as our returns policy explains.

Our responsibility is limited to the price you paid.

Makers buying at trade prices do so under separate trade terms.
